On April 28, the Russian State TASS Agency reported that the measure of restraint was changed to house arrest to all those involved in the case of hiring.
On April 25, the Russian agency reported to the source in the special services of Kyrgyzstan that the decision to release the persons involved in the house arrest was made after the meeting of the head of the State Security Committee of the National Security of Kyrgyzstan Kamchibek Tashiyev with the ambassador of Russia in this country Sergey Vakunov.
The persons involved in the case of the hiring, in addition to the Sekirina, are the employee of the press service of the city hall Osh Sergey Lapushkin, the enforcement agent of the news agency “Regkum” Viktor Vasilyev and another person whose name is not revealed.
The case is violated under Art. 416 of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan (recruitment, financing, financial support, training of mercenaries in order to use in armed conflicts of other states or violent actions aimed at overthrowing state power or violation of territorial integrity, as well as the use of mercenaries in military conflicts or actions.
This article provides for a sentence of 7 to 10 years in prison.
The detention of the employee of the Russian House in Osh became known on April 23. Natalia Sekherin was detained on April 17, and two days later the court of May Day district of the capital of Kyrgyzstan Bishkek sanctioned her arrest.
