However, Kuleba refused this offer. Sources familiar with the situation said that Kyiv is considering replacing Markarova to “appease the Trump camp” – referring to the desire to establish more favorable relations with representatives of the Republican Party, who may return to power.
However, official representatives of the Embassy of Ukraine in Washington and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs have not yet commented on this information.
