The heat is probably here and night too. I do not go outside at night, I go to bed as a polite athlete, but in the morning it was also very hot. The air conditioner also works here – all the conditions for a comfortable performance.
You know, I have not seen weights nowhere, though it would be interesting to decide. We just do not go outside – so we survive. Training in the evening, because in the evening you can at least go outside – there is something to breathe for me.
Experience – you learn every year. I remember in August during the heat gathering was even tougher than it is now. ”
