Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi also spoke about water supply in the capital in an evening video message.

Earlier in the evening of January 31, First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Energy Denys Shmygal said that energy companies have restored power supply in all regions of Ukraine after a system accident that occurred in the morning.
