Legendary Ukrainian boxer and mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko spoke about the energy situation in Kyiv.
“Currently, 2,600 houses remain without heat supply. As of yesterday evening, heat was restored to almost 600 high-rise buildings. Most of them are on the left bank. These are the houses that are being connected for the second time – after the enemy attacks on the capital’s critical infrastructure on January 9 and 20.
The situation with electricity supply is very difficult. Emergency power cuts in Kyiv continue.
Utilities and energy workers are working in an extremely intense mode to return heat and light to the homes of Kyiv residents, so that Kyiv functions, works and lives!” Klitschko said.
