“All city services in the difficult conditions of martial law must act as well and effectively as possible. And to comply with the current legislation, the regulations of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council and the distribution of responsibilities between the deputies. And to prevent uncoordinated decisions or those not agreed with the profile deputy heads of the KSCA,” Vitaly said.

He stressed that politics should not prevail and cause chaos in city management.

“All executives should be guided, first of all, by professional duties and legislation. Because the life of the city, the comfort of its residents will not provide political slogans, cheap shows and posts on social networks!” said the mayor.

The extended meeting was attended by heads of districts, deputy heads of KSCA, heads of structural units and strategic utilities. The issues of ensuring the life of the city were discussed. In particular, the elimination of the consequences of hostile attacks, preparation for the heating season and for the new academic year, Klitschko said.
