Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko dismissed the Director of the KSCA Department of Transport Infrastructure Ruslan Kandibor, who was suspected of destroying the metro tunnel.

What was before:

• Before that, the Director of the KSCA Department of Transport Infrastructure Ruslan Candibar was suspected of negligence due to the destruction of the metro tunnel between the Demiyivska and Libidskaya stations in December 2023.
• The Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv in the case of subway destruction between the stations “Libidskaya” – “Teremki”, sent to the night house arrest and removed from office for 2 months the director of the KSCA Department of Transport Infrastructure Ruslan Kandibor.
• Klitschko called political pressure on the city authorities, the “absurdity and theatra” awarding the suspicion of the Director of the Department of Transport Infrastructure of KSCA Ruslan Candibar and the former Secretary of the Kyiv City Council, the deputy of the City Council Volodymyr Bondarenko.
