According to him, for more than a week the enemy has been terrorizing Odesa with mixed shelling.
“Yesterday, for example, there were ballistic missiles, many Shaheds were launched – about 25, and this was only in the direction of Odesa. Air defense forces shot down a lot of things over the sea, but, unfortunately, there are attacks on civilian infrastructure, near the port. Yesterday, such there were 7 locations. By the end of the day, it will be clear how many locations were finally damaged,” he said.
Kiper added that as a result of yesterday’s Russian attack on Odesa, one woman was killed.
“I express my sincere condolences. The man was hospitalized. There is a child – 9 years old, a boy who was injured together with his parents. They are in the hospital, they are being helped. In total, we currently have 9 people in the hospital. A lot of help has been provided , including psychological, on the ground,” he said.
