After 6:00 a.m. on November 28, Kharkiv was hit three times by the Russian military, local authorities reported.

“All three strikes were in the Kyiv district of Kharkiv. At the moment, there are no casualties,” Oleg Synegubov, the head of OVA, wrote in a telegram.

“According to preliminary information, all the strikes hit the territory of one of Kharkiv’s civilian enterprises in the Kyiv district,” added city mayor Ihor Terekhov.

As of 7:40 a.m., an air alert is in place across the entire territory of Ukraine, the country is undergoing a massive air attack using strike drones and missiles.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes committed by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are targeted.

As of the end of October, the UN reported that they were able to confirm data on the death of 12,162 civilians in Ukraine and the wounding of 26,919 since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia. The organization emphasized that the real data could be much higher.
