For 10 months, the Court of Kyiv cannot shift the identical case of the ex-Duma Magomed Gadzhiev, who is also accused of Article 110 of the Criminal Code-encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine from the dead point for 10 months.
Public representatives, military and veterans believe that a whole network of traitors operate in Ukraine to help Russian criminals avoid justice. However, prosecutor Roman Lutsenko has not read the indictment yet, Judge Anna Gridasova has been postponing a meeting for almost a year.

Today, representatives of the veteran organization “Qualitative Society” have visited the National Association of Bar of Ukraine, which, according to them, creates artificial obstacles to justice.
Recall that the protests began in May, when it turned out that in addition to the state lawyer, the Pechersk court admitted to the process of two expensive lawyer Gadzhiyev from Belgium – Olivia Vienna and Cedric Vargoven. According to public employees, the clever course of the Belgian registration in the Ukrainian lawyer, according to public workers, was reverted by Kyiv lawyer Oleg Oleshko, who designed the Belgian lawyers of Gadzhiyev as … his advisers.
However, today, Mr Oleshko was distinguished from the case of Gadzhiyev, and stated that he allegedly hired European lawyers as consultants for another case, and the participation of the same lawyers in the case of Gadzhiyev is a tragic accident. According to Oleshko, he has already informed the Belgians about the termination of the contract. Given a number of “incredible coincidence”, veterans and decided to contact the SBU.
– A contract is a cover tool, – says the head of NGO “Qualitative Society” Todor Panovsky. – After the involvement of foreign lawyers, the process of a military criminal is systematically delayed. They refer to the fact that they cannot come by constant transfer of court sessions intentionally impede the administration of justice.
Veterans prepared two appeals for NAAU. In one, they demanded that the Belgians, without our license, found themselves in the lists of Ukrainian human rights defenders, in the other stated legal fraud and requirement to exclude Vienna and Vargoven from the National Law Register.
– It is unacceptable that a person who is directly guilty of the occupation of our territories and the murder of Ukrainians feels unpunished, – one of the war veterans of the war said in the panel of Ukraine.
Meanwhile, strange cases occur from the standpoint of the lawyer. The first state defender of Vladimir Zhogov, which was included in the process only from the video communication, was mobilized to the Armed Forces. The second – Andriy Kubov also chose a distance participation in the case, and before the last meeting, which was appointed on March 17, he sent the Belgians to the request for postponement of hearing. The process has stopped for three months and should recover on June 24. We asked the state lawyer if he intends to be present in the Pechersk court that day.
– So far I plan. In any case, I will physically or from a video,-said Andrey Kubov.
The case known as Kazus Gadzhiyev, when the war criminal is covered by those who have to call him to the answer, more and more veterans’ organizations of Ukraine join. At the next hearing in the Pechersk court, the emergence of MPs is expected.
