“The first fight was pretty even until the knockdown in the ninth round. Usyk is 37 years old, he is older than Tyson, but he looks much fresher. Tyson had three fights with Wilder, and then found himself on the canvas with Ngannou.
Do you know why the rematch between Usyk and Fury should not have been held? We just saw everything in the first match, but on the other hand, rematches are popular now,” Froch said.
Earlier, Turki Al-Sheikh announced that the rematch between WBC, WBA, WBO and IBO heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk and ex-WBC champion Tyson Fury will take place on December 21, 2024.
