Details: According to “Ukrainian Pravda” sources in law enforcement agencies, the judge’s name is Anatoly Ivchenko.

The DBR writes that in 2011, the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation addressed the leadership of Ukraine with a letter about assistance in repaying the debt of one of the economic entities in the amount of 405.5 million. USD for supplied natural gas in 1996-1997.

Subsequently, in August 2012, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation filed a lawsuit against the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to the Economic Court of Kyiv to collect more than 3 billion hryvnias from the state budget, without adding evidence as to why Ukraine should pay this debt.

According to the DBR, this judge “transferred the duty of gathering and providing evidence in the case to the defendant.”

Literally: “According to this resolution, the Cabinet of Ministers provided copies of correspondence between the heads of the governments of Ukraine and the Russian Federation in 1996. They were dated even before the economic entity concluded the agreement on which the debt arose, so these letters could not be evidence of both the existence of the debt and its transfer to In addition, the originals of these letters never existed, but this fact was ignored by the court.

Despite the expiration of the statute of limitations and the absence of state guarantees for the company’s debts, as well as the absence of evidence of the very fact of the existence in 2012 of the company’s debt under the contracts of 1996-1997, the judge satisfied the lawsuit of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and ordered the collection from any account of the State Budget of Ukraine in favor of the Russian Federation more than 3.1 billion UAH”.

Details: It is noted that another judge overturned this decision in 2014, but the money was not returned.

The investigation proved that this money was spent on financing the war.
