Ukrainian Yehor Golubwho is now Anthony Joshua’s trainer, has weighed in on a possible fight between WBC, WBA and IBF heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk and former titleholder Deontay Wilder.
The expert noted that such a fight would arouse great interest in the entire boxing environment.
“I think the whole boxing world likes him – it’s very interesting,” said Golub.
Previously, the WBC, WBA and IBF heavyweight title holder (over 90.7 kg) Oleksandr Usyk (24–0, 15 KOs) talked about his plans and admitted when he intends to end his professional career. The boxer recently made the WBO title vacant and lost the status of absolute world champion.
