Sports doctor Dmitry Babeluk reacted to Athletics Integrity Unit’s decision to disqualify 30-year-old Ukrainian athlete Marina Beh-Romanchuk 4 years for a positive doping work:
“Testosterone is not a joke. It is quite difficult to prove that such a substance has entered the body by accident. But it looks not very tried. During the consideration of the case, Marina failed to prove the accident of entering the body, but the admission of guilt of the athlete did not sign.
Also, as reported, at the last moment Marina refused to open the sample “B”. There is a little track in athletics, but the case looks very bad. ”
