“We are in a difficult defense and continue to repulse their attacks using all available means. According to him, despite the mandatory evacuation, civilians remain in the city. They communicate with them, convince them of the need to save their lives. Voytenkov reported that there is practically no surviving infrastructure in Kurakhovo, some buildings have already been hit by enemy anti-aircraft missiles more than once. The Russians are destroying the infrastructure, there is no electricity, water, gas, or heating in the city.
“It is hard to imagine what will happen next, but we are doing everything possible to keep Kurakhove in the rear and the enemy does not advance,” Voytenkov stressed.
