That is, something that requires the presence of the Minister of Defense. This is not just a technical issue, this is a political issue,” Stupak said.

“I think that we are talking about something big, something new, and most likely, large-scale. Because the Russian Federation will not drag out this war on its own. It just desperately needs the help of its allies – Iran and North Korea. Because the DPRK has something that the of the Russian Federation, – excessive amounts of weapons and excessive people,” the expert added.
