Among all that has a negative impact on the country, people clearly determine “corruption” – 48.5%…. Even the loss of territories (34.9%) and shelling (41.7%) interrupts.
The biggest mistake of power, people also clearly choose “corruption and theft of budget” – 65%. Inadequate preparation for war is only 43.9%.
And for all this people place responsibility for “power as a whole” – 55.1%, anti -corruption bodies – 40.3%, the president in person – 31.2%.
Of course, so exactly should not be during the war. Still, the Russian Federation is clearly a bigger problem. But, probably, people equate corrupt officials simply to the looters, which is close to the truth.

As far as possible, the number and structure of the population of IDPs, citizens abroad, temporarily occupied territories and hostilities zones are taken into account.
