The biggest abuses by companies:
- a sharp and unjustified reduction in the wages of employees by enterprises after the acquisition of criticality;
- the use of different booking models to overtime increase the number of booked guests;
- some regional criteria had formal features;
- unjustified increase in the number of employees after determining criticality, in particular in enterprises that can book 100% of employees.
We will remind you that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has completed the audit and from December 1 is introducing a new procedure for booking and identifying enterprises critical to the economy.
It was previously reported that the government decided to suspend the criteria and regulations for identifying critical enterprises and organizations. And President Volodymyr Zelenskyi was outraged by the number of those with reservations.
