Dmitry Zavgorodniy spoke about providing a delay for men who receive higher education / UNIAN collage, photos of UNIANDelayed from professional education is provided only for those who have never studied in colleges or universities, but there are few such people in Ukraine. This was stated by Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Dmitry Zavgorodniy in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.
According to him, deferrals in education are only provided if you get training higher than your previous education.
“For example, if you graduated from a university once and go to a professional institution, you can not give a deferral. You can get a deferral if you have no higher education. Similarly in your professional institutions – if you had no education before you have, but only a complete average, then you get a deferral.”
This means that you can get a deferral if a person has completed only 9 classes and now wants to study in higher education.
He added that the number of men has now increased in the postgraduate study, as it gives the right to defer, but there is no such problem in professional education.
“We do not have such a problem, because in Ukraine most people still receive some education. A sufficiently small percentage of people in general throughout the country of those who receive no education after school – neither professional nor professional higher or higher education.
According to him, there are no such abuse in vocational education, because for people with higher education it does not give a deferral.
“And people with education in Ukraine. Plus – these courses and professional education itself – it is short, and our goal is that people go to work immediately, go to the labor market. Therefore, we do not have this fake demand. People understand:” Okay, it is only 9 months of study, plus – it is exams and their own. ”
Which education gives a deferral?According to the Law of Ukraine “On Mobilization Preparation and Mobilization”, the rejecters can obtain a deferral:
- professional (vocational-technical);
- professional and higher education that study on a full -time or dual form of education and acquire the level of education that is higher than the previously obtained level of education in sequence, defined in part two of Article 10 of the Law of Ukraine “On Education”;
- doctoral students and persons enrolled in internship training, etc.
