On June 3, one of the most anticipated investment events of the year was held at the Parkova (Kyiv) KVC (Kyiv)-Investman 2025 exhibition forum, which brought together more than 30 top Ukrainian and international experts, entrepreneurs, business leaders, analysts, representatives of investments and state structures.
The focus of this year’s forum was the theme of synergy of men and women in the development of economics, attracting investment and increasing business sustainability. During a busy day, participants of the event participated in panel discussions, discussions and nets, exchanged experiences and ideas about new investment opportunities for Ukraine.

The organizer of the event Mykola Zarutsky emphasized the main mission of the forum:
“ This year we have added the InvestWoman project, and I am sincerely happy to welcome such an extension. We create a space where new acquaintances are born, contracts are concluded, partnerships are being built and investments are attracted. Investman & InvestWoman is not just a forum, it’s a place of force for business, investors and leaders who seek to develop Ukraine together! ”
Organizer of the Investman event
Anatoly Kinakh, President of the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Chairman of the Council for the Reconstruction of Ukraine in the Global Organization of the World Leaders Lives Aplified (CSS), outlined in his speech on Ukraine’s economic self -sufficiency, key challenges, strategies and ways of scale of national potential:
“ Let’s start with the obvious – this is the end of hostilities. This is very important because investors are worried about the money they will invest, and for the human lives – people whom they will invite to work at objects. The second factor is the reasonableness of the state system and the law enforcement system. Because the state, the government system must add many investment incentives, support programs, programs for the implementation of different projects in the sectors where they need support, and in those regions that also need support. And the law enforcement system should pay attention to those cases that harm economic and business. Because then, first of all, investors – both local, Ukrainian and foreign – will disseminate this information. They will tell that in Ukraine a comfortable environment, the state is in charge of business, helps business, creates conditions for its progressive development. And then investors will come to us, and there will be a large queue of such companies. Does it make sense to cooperate with the authorities? The authorities are now reacting much faster, she sees that it takes a business, it is going to meet, but there is not enough speed of reaction and effectiveness. This should be compared not with Ukraine 2010–2015, but with Poland in 2030. Because we have to look forward. We should not catch up – we need to think how to attract the best analysts, the best professionals who can manage both state structures and private ones. We need to think about how to build the future of Ukraine today is very important. When we can do it, then we will start catching up with our European neighbors by all economic indicators. ” President of the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists
Sergey Tsivkach, DGA Group – Albright Stonebridge, stressed:
“ The creation of a favorable business climate in the country is solved through dialogue. The hardest and most responsible work in the world is to be an entrepreneur. Moreover, in the conditions of war and martial law. When our warriors at the cost of their lives and health protect every meter of Ukrainian land, here, at least, everyone should fight for every workplace. These are resources without which it is impossible to win the enemy and ensure the life of the country. It is necessary to combine the will, mind, experience and ability to ask issues that the authorities can not but react. She will be forced to sit at the negotiating table and work together on their solution. “ DGA Group – ALBRIGHT STONEBRIDGE
First The forum presented a new organizational model – Timmocracy, which the Brain Tank team implements in Ukraine.
Yevgeny Mironyuk, Brain Tank, told about its essence and relevance:
“Teamocracy – Commander – It is a new philosophy of teamwork, at the center of which is not a rule and procedure, but a team and people in it. We create not just another methodology, but a culture where the team becomes the main unit of the organization, but interaction, trust and flexibility are more important than control and bureaucracy.
The value of timocracy is that it allows you to build a space where everyone sees the impact of their work on a common result, and the team becomes greater than the sum of their participants. In such a model, the system does not fit people under themselves, but on the contrary – tools adjust to the command, revealing the potential of everyone.
Right now, in time of turbulence and change, this approach is especially important – because companies allow you to adapt faster, reduce chaos, avoid burnout, improve efficiency and create an environment in which people want to work together and achieve common goals. “
