The Deputy Minister of Justice Andriy Gaychenko was wealthy not only his parents, many assets recorded on his native uncle. It is about elite apartments, houses and land purchased during the work of Gaychenko at the Ministry of Justice.
Earlier, the journalistic investigation found that the parents of Andrei Gaychenko were registered:
- Four apartments in the center of Kiev,
- Two parking spaces,
- two houses in the suburbs of the capital,
- 0.5 hectares of land.
Some of this property is in a mortgage where Gaychenko’s mother is a mortgagee, and his father is a mortgagee, and vice versa. Such schemes are often used to avoid confiscation or re -registration of ownership of other persons in the case of court decisions.
The investigators now got materials from sources in which the revetants indicate a new real estate, decorated with the mother of Gaychenko’s mother – Anatoly Tsindrovsky.
In particular:
- 2019 – he purchased a land plot in the suburbs of Kiev near the mother of the official of the official Lyudmila Kindrovskaya.
- 2020 – received a residential building and land in the same place as a gift. The cost of land only in the area is $ 3,000 per hundred.
- 2021 – received the apartment at Kyiv, str. Igor Sikorsky, 1b, worth about $ 130,000.
- 2024-purchased a house in Viti-Post with a land plot (15 acres, estimated cost-from $ 60 thousand).
Anatoly Tsindrovsky is a board member of the Kiev ATP-13054.
At the same time, Anatoly Tsindrovsky’s son, Eugene in 2021, was employed in Mineyust, where Andrei Gaychenko had already worked. In 2020 he declared a single income – a gift from his father for 3 million UAH. In 2021 – another 2 million UAH from the father. In 2022 – 1 million UAH in the form of a gift. In the same year, he gave the car to an unknown person.
Financial transactions between family members may indicate a scheme for the dispersion of assets to avoid direct communication with Deputy Minister Andriy Gaychenko.
The official himself claims that the property was acquired before his appointment in the Ministry of Justice. However, this statement applies only to some of the property. Land and houses, designed for his relatives, in particular were registered during his cadence.
During the stay of Andrei Gaychenko in the Ministry of Justice, his mother and uncle received valuable and elite gifts: land plots with an estimated cost of $ 130,000, an apartment worth 130 thousand dollars. Became the owners of two residential buildings. Gaychenko’s mother builds another house. Uncle presented 6 million UAH of his son, who works in the civil service and has modest income. Uncle also purchased a new Mercedes for UAH 1.7 million and bought a house in Viti-Post, where only the value of the land starts from $ 60,000.
The register also contains dubious synchronous actions by the circle of people close to Gaychenko, so the list of property may not be exhausted.
Investigators also published anonymously received videos, which have a high probability of houses and land that belong to the Gaychenko family under the registers.
Earlier it was reported that the Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine Andriy Gaychenko in the temporarily occupied Crimea has relatives who conduct business there and have close ties with the Russian occupation administration. However, justice minister Olga Stephanyshyn did not respond to this information provided by journalists.
