In the material of the journalist Irina Sisak, Valery Yegoshina and Yulia Himerik, they explored how Russian special services purposefully recruit Ukrainian minors for arson of military cars and use in misinformation campaigns. The team traveled all over Ukraine, withdrew an interview with recruited, received exclusive correspondence with warders and found out how this scheme works, its hierarchy and sources of funding.

The main victory in the competition was the work of the editorial board “Investigation.Info”: “The last task of Vika”. The journalists in the film found out the journalist Victoria Roshchina to occupation, found what materials she prepared there, where she kept, as well as in what conditions and what torture.

It should be reminded that the final of the competition also included the material “Scheme” “Heritage of Portnova” (authorship of Sergey Andrushko and Kira Tolstyakova) on the influence of the expirer of the head of the Presidential Administration Viktor Yanukovych Andriy Portnov on the judicial system of Ukraine. The journalists called the judges whose careers he promoted, and those who made the decision in his favor, and found anomalies in the Auto distribution of cases in the Pechersk Court of Kiev.
