19:30 The Security Service of Ukraine noted that the explosion in the center of Rivne is classified as an attempt by a terrorist attack on March 20. A homemade explosive device was transported in a car, the driver and passenger were injured in varying severity.

As the police added, the explosion happened on March 20 at about 13:40 on Kyivska Street. The explosion was injured by the driver and passenger of the car – they were hospitalized.

Explosives were examined immediately after the incident. An investigative team worked on the spot.

On the evening of March 11, an explosion of an unknown item took place in Ivano-Frankivsk near the residential building near an apartment building. Subsequently, the roof of a 9-storey dwelling house was occupied near the explosion in the apartment. Rescuers evacuated 15 residents from the entrance of the house.

The SBU after that reported that the terrorist attack in Ivano-Frankivsk was organized on March 11 by Russia. In the evening of the same day, the Russian intelligence service undermined two of their own agents who transferred a homemade explosive device (SVP) in the area of ​​the railway station.

According to militiamen, two local minors were 15 and 17 years old.
