Milan’s head coach “Inter” Christian Kivu In anticipation of the future match of the second round of the Champions League against Slavia, he visited a press conference, where he answered several questions of media representatives.

– What would you like to see from the team except three points?

– I always liked the style of the game of our team, starting with the first pre -season match. Of course, the results always affect perception, but lately we have been showing stability. It should be understood that the Champions League is full of challenges: each team seeks a positive result, and there are no easy games here.

– What do you expect from the team in terms of further growth?

– I expect stability, concentration and modesty that this team already demonstrates. We need to be more dominant and control the game. Rivals can create difficulties, so we need to clearly understand what to do to win and do it as effectively as possible.

– Was there something in this team that surprised you?

– The desire to control the game and be stable in difficult situations. The willingness to take on new challenges – this makes them a group of real men who want to progress without looking back. They are ready to do everything to play high. These are people with content, key players, and it should not be taken for granted.

– The schedule of the Champions League matches for the nearest games looks a little lighter. Can it distract the team?

– We need to focus on the match without thinking about others. Football and life taught me to remain down -to -earth, not to look too far forward, as expectations can lead to disappointment.

– We have not seen Bisek on the field since the Acanji arrival. How is he doing? Is there a chance that he will play tomorrow?

– He is okay and trains steadily. Sooner or later we will see it on the field.

– Will Bonn’s chance play?

– Players complicate my choice. I try to find the right moment and give it all because they deserve it. It is a group with strong values. Unfortunately, I can’t reward everyone constantly, but everyone will get their own moment.

– Will Zommer return to the goal?

– I was lucky to have 22 players I consider starting, and I say it, because I work with them every day. If someone gives more or less, the responsibility is always on me. The zommer will come out at the start: from the moment of my arrival, any changes have always been made to reward skill. We are fully aware of the need to keep the balance.

– Have you noticed improvements in the protection phase?

– We are better pressing, showing more determination in the fight for second balls and more concentrated. It is important how you take the position on the field and determination in individual duels is the most important. Further, it all depends on the nature of the top players who show the maximum of their capabilities: in the end they make the difference.

– Who do you see a player instead of a charm, except Barella?

– There are Zelin as an alternative: it is very technical and adds something special in the ball. The choice is becoming more complicated.

– What kind of game do you expect?

– The game will be difficult, especially because we know that they have not lost this season. I’m sure they will want to show wonderful football. We need to start with concentration and play with our strong sides: we want to control the game and show the best version of ourselves on the field.
