In addition, according to preliminary information, the official impeded the execution of the order of the higher command to send one of the servicemen to the area of hostilities, inciting him to unauthorized leave. The deputy commander was informed of suspicion under Part 5 of Art. 426-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine-excess of the military official of the authorities or official powers. The sanction of the article provides for up to 5 years in prison. The pre -trial investigation is ongoing.
