A tragic incident occurred in the village of Pulina, Zhytomyr region: a conscript died after visiting the territorial recruitment and social support center (TCC and SP), where he was served with a summons.

Investigators of the territorial division of the police have already entered information into the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations to clarify all the circumstances.
According to law enforcement agencies, on January 2, Oleksandr Revutskyi was taken to the TCC for violating the rules of military registration, after which he passed the military medical commission and was declared fit for service.
On January 3, the man became ill, he had a nosebleed, but the doctors did not find the need for hospitalization, and he refused inpatient treatment. After the summons was served on January 5, 2026, at 3:20 p.m., Revutskyi left the premises of the TCC, but soon fainted.
Doctors who arrived on call tried to resuscitate the man, but without success. Therefore, the TCC management appointed an official investigation for a comprehensive analysis of the event. Investigators urged the public to refrain from speculations and conjectures in connection with this sad episode.
The military TCC became a target due to problems with mobilization — the ombudsman.

In Lviv on December 3 there was an incident during which a man attacked the employees of the Territorial Center for Procurement and Social Support (TCC). One of the servicemen was stabbed and died in hospital the next day.
