Details: The investigation established that from May 2025 to January 2026, three residents of the Volyn region in the Lutsk district organized the operation of illegal laboratories. They produced dietary supplements and other products that included cannabis extract and tetrahydrocannabinol. Products were sold via the Internet, as well as through retail establishments in various regions of the country, including through pharmacies.

During court-sanctioned searches, significant volumes of finished products, raw materials and special equipment for their production were seized. In addition, more than a hundred searches were conducted in places where such products are sold in 21 regions of Ukraine, where goods containing narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances were also seized.
It is noted that the estimated value of seized products at “black market” prices exceeds 430 million hryvnias.
Prosecutors informed three members of the organized group of the suspicion of illegal acquisition, production, storage, transportation for the purpose of sale and sale of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in particularly large quantities, committed by the organized group (Part 3 of Article 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
At the request of the prosecutor’s office, the court arrested all three suspects.
