According to the press service of the National Police of Ukraine, this time the man fled from the point of temporary stay of foreigners. Then stole the car owned by the Armed Forces serviceman and tried to escape from the region.
The operatives installed the location of the attacker in just a few hours after escape. He was detained on the highway near the village of Zhuravichi, Lutsk district. Law enforcement officers have already returned the car to the owner.
The issue of declaring suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 289 of the Criminal Code. The recidivist threatens up to 8 years in prison.
