Conscription of 18- to 25-year-olds with limited eligibility has stopped. Conscription is possible ONLY with written consent
According to him, in the directive of the Command of the Ground Forces to the Operational Commands and to the TCC 116/2/1/21409 dated 19.09.2024, point 1 states that men between the ages of 18 and 25 cannot be drafted.
Goncharenko explained that this directive has already reached regional and district TCCs through the Operational Commands.

Earlier UNN reported that at one of the upcoming plenary sessions, people’s deputies plan to consider the law on amendments to some laws of Ukraine regarding military service during mobilization by persons under the age of 25 (reg. No. 11379-d). The law has already been adopted in the first reading.
