According to Lazutkin, the Ministry of Defense is “very sensitive to this”. The spokesman added that responsibility for violations in the mobilization process is distributed based on the stage at which the violation occurred.
“If the violation occurred at the stage of the medical examination, the responsibility lies with the Ministry of Health and the National Health Service within the framework of the concluded contracts. If the conclusion of the VLK on fitness for service is incorrectly issued, for example, it is the responsibility of the VLK, and the response should already be carried out by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.” Dmytro Lazutkin explained.
