The Ministry of Agricultural Policy has approved new industry criteria for determining important agricultural enterprises. This was reported by the press service of the ministry. Critical enterprises are now defined according to the following criteria: In particular, an enterprise is considered important if it cultivates more than 500 hectares of agricultural land, has an annual income of at least 20 million hryvnias, or paid at least 324 thousand hryvnias in taxes for the previous reporting quarter. Advertising: In addition, the main the type of activity of the enterprise is one of the KVEDs specified in the order, or it is in the sphere of management of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy. Another criterion is 100% state ownership in the authorized capital and the activity of subleasing state lands through auctions.
