In the Omsk region, individuals who will sign a contract with the Russian Ministry of Defense from November 25 to December 20, 2024 will be paid 800,000 rubles instead of 400, the official TASS news agency reports with reference to the regional government.
Taking into account the federal payment, such contractors will be able to receive one million 200 thousand rubles at once.
Earlier, the authorities of the Novosibirsk region increased the payment to one and a half million rubles, on the condition that the contract will be signed from November 15 to December 31, 2024.

For example, in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District, contractors receive almost three million rubles. According to the calculations of the journalists of the “Vazhnye istorii” publication, since the beginning of the year, one-time payments for concluding a contract have increased by almost four times.
Journalists of the publication found 90 billion rubles in one-time payments for the conclusion of a contract with the Ministry of Defense of Russia – 30 billion rubles each year in the federal budget expenditure project for 2025-2027. Based on the fact that the current one-time payment for concluding a contract is 400,000 rubles, these funds will be enough for 225,000 new contractors.
According to “Important Histories”, 345,000 people signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense last year, and by the middle of 2024, the number of new contract holders will reach 511,000.
