“I visited Lamille’s company in the Tyachiv community, which is engaged in the manufacture of furniture. The company started operating in 2001 and has since grown significantly, turning from a small shop into a large furniture manufacturer whose products are exported to European countries. Here they take care of their employees: they provide free lunches, transportation to work up to 50 km, and the average wage is 25 thousand hryvnias, ”Biletsky said.
He also added that 430 people are currently working at the enterprise, but another 700 employees are required due to expansion of production capacity. For this reason, it was decided to attract foreign workers.
“This is an important signal for the Transcarpathians: our region is actively developing, we have enterprises that need personnel. It is not necessary to go to other countries – a decent salary and working conditions can be found at home, ” – summed up Miroslav Biletsky.
