On the occasion of his birthday, the press service of the UAF published congratulations to the Ukrainian goalkeeper.
“Andrii Lunin is 27! 🥳
Happy birthday to the goalkeeper of the national team of Ukraine! 🎂”, says the message of the UAF.
It should be noted that Lunin was not included in the latest applications of the Ukrainian national team for official matches.
Andriy was born in Kharkiv region and began his football career at the Metalist and Dnipro academies. Already at the age of 17, he debuted at the professional level as part of the Dnipro club.
Lunin really announced himself in Luhansk “Zora”, where he became the main goalkeeper and attracted the interest of leading European clubs. In 2018, the Ukrainian signed a contract with Real Madrid.
