The OSCE, after Kassis and Sinirlioglu’s visit to Ukraine, announced that they had presented Kyiv with “tools” for maintaining peace after the cessation of hostilities.
Later, Cassis said that he had presented three groups of ideas in the two capitals on behalf of the organization and was now awaiting a response.
