In the Russian Federation, the founder of the project gulagu.net faces 11 years in the case of military “fakes”

The Russian state prosecution invited Vladimir Osechkin for the founder of Gulagu.net project for 11 years of imprisonment in the case of the so -called military “fakes” for three streams on YouTube, Mediazonna reports. The case is considered in the Mishansky District Court of Moscow.

Osiechkin is accused of disseminating “false information” during esters in 2022.

In court, the SERB activist Igor Beketov witnessed. According to him, he wanted Osiechkin to be “attracted to deception”, because “his lie goes into the masses.” Another witness, Konstantin Gapeev, who spoke the legal formulations, was unable to explain in court why he was invited as a witness of the prosecution, Media Again writes.

Osiechkin has lived outside Russia since 2015, now in France. In 2020, the court in Moscow arrested him in the fraud. In 2022, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reported a criminal proceedings against him about the military “fakes”. In March 2024, the bourgeois court arrested him in absentia.

In January 2023, the Ministry of Justice of Russia contributed Vladimir Osechkin to the list of “foreign agents”. In March of that year, Gulagu.net stopped the evacuation program from Russia from Russia’s servicemen and security forces who repented because one of the “evacuated” was involved in military crimes in Ukraine.
