According to the investigation, the former heads of the municipal enterprise of the Novoorzhitsky territorial community illegally produced minerals of national importance without special permits, which caused losses of UAH 450 million.
Besides, suspicions received:
- Director of the private company and the head of the utility company, who performs funeral and ritual services, who abused their office during the carrying out and acceptance of repair work, which caused losses in the amount of more than 4 million hryvnias.
- D The rector of a private enterprise and a technology engineer during the work on the coastal reinforcement of the Kremenchug reservoir, abusing their official position, appropriated budget funds in the amount of more than UAH 10.4 million.
- The Makukhiv landfill service as a result of official negligence allowed fires in the landfill, which caused air pollution, which caused the ecology to over 9.9 million hryvnias.
- Former chief accountant of the municipal enterprise “Third City Clinical Polyclinic of Poltava City Council”, which unreasonably calculated for itself and the deputy salary, spending more than 4 million hryvnias.
- The director of a private enterprise and technical supervision engineer, who during the reconstruction of the collector of KP “Poltavavodokanal” was taken over by funds worth UAH 1.8 million.
- The official of the Department of Education of the Nevvoroshchansky Village Council, which during the reconstruction of kindergarten allowed official negligence, which caused unfounded expenditures of budget funds in the amount of more than UAH 1.6 million.
- The official of the Gogol village council of Mirgorod district, which on the basis of the concluded contract, leased to the private enterprise land of industry as an agricultural land, which caused losses in the amount of UAH 865 thousand.
- Former head of the Department of Ecology of the Poltava Regional State Administration, who contributed to the seizure of budget funds during the performance of the project organization of the territory of the Dykansky regional park, which caused almost UAH 760 thousand UAH.
- The director of one of the municipal enterprises of the Khorol City Council without concluding additional agreements on the supply of electricity to the utility company unreasonably paid the cost of electricity to a private company, which caused losses of almost UAH 380 thousand.
- The official of the Kozelshchyna settlement council is suspected of negligence during the overhaul of pedestrian paths in a local park, which caused losses in the amount of more than 300 thousand hryvnias.
- Technical supervision engineer who did not check the amount of materials and actually completed works during the reconstruction of the reception and trauma departments of the Khorol CRL, which caused losses of over UAH 300,000.
- The authorized person in public procurement of the Dykansk settlement council education department purchased boilers at inflated prices, which caused almost 160 thousand hryvnias to the local budget.
- The director of a private company suspected of seizing budget funds worth 160 thousand hryvnias during the construction of an artesian well in the village of Orzhitsa.
It should be reminded that the Drohobych City District Court of Lviv Oblast found the Chief State Inspector of the Department of Support of Litigation of Legal Support of the State traffic police department in Lviv region in receipt of a bribe and imposed a fine of 42,500 UAH.
