“The director of the zoo informed the police about the fact that one of the employees went to clean the enclosure and was attacked by a leopard today at around 10:00 a.m.,” the report says.
Arriving at the place, the police found another employee in the enclosure with the leopard, who tried to help the injured person and ended up trapped.
“So in order to save people’s lives, the police were forced to use weapons and neutralize the animal,” the police said.
The injured man was taken to the hospital. The police are establishing all the circumstances of the incident.
