According to militiamen, three young men in military uniform blocked the road to the victim and began to demand documents. They accompanied their actions by beating. The victim had time to call the special line 102, after which the police detained the malefactors.
It turned out that the attackers have nothing to do with the CCC and are members of a local public organization that has no authority to carry out mobilization measures. Police seized a car, a certificate of membership in NGOs and other evidence.
The offenders were informed of suspicion of unauthorized assignment of power and unlawful imprisonment, which was accompanied by the cause of physical suffering to the victim. The attackers are threatened with up to five years in prison.
