In Fastov, in the Kyiv region, with the support of the military and veterans reintegration program “MHP Poruch”, new equipment was purchased for the rehabilitation center for veterans “Rodyna 4.5.0”, reports UNN.

The rehabilitation center for veterans “Rodyna 4.5.0” is the winner of the competition of social initiatives “Time to act, Ukraine” from the “MHP-Community” Charitable Foundation. Within the framework of which, a Bubnovsky rehabilitation simulator was purchased, which helps restore muscle sensations in injured body parts. The center also purchased a spin bike – equipment designed for warming up the lower limbs and cardio training.

The “MHP Poruch” program is, first of all, assistance to military personnel, veterans, and their families. This is rehabilitation, the return of our veterans to life, to society. Veterans must understand that we are waiting for them. And we will help everything we can

According to representatives of the “Rodyna 4.5.0” center, in addition to rehabilitation, veterans and their families are helped to resolve legal issues.

We can advise and help. We collect packages of documents and forward them to the city council. We help veterans. They do not need to run around the offices: I came and arranged everything here

It is known that in Ukrainian communities the amount of infrastructure aimed at supporting veterans and their families is increasing. As the representatives of the Charitable Foundation “MHP Communities” noted, the development of such centers in communities is just starting. The Foundation plans to develop this direction of support.

“‎MHP Poruch”‎ is a program of individual support and comprehensive support for military personnel, veterans and their families. It is aimed at employees and residents of communities where MHP enterprises are present. The program supports military personnel, veterans and their families during service and after returning from war: humanitarian assistance to military units; medical examination, treatment and rehabilitation; legal and psychological support; social reintegration; professional adaptation and inclusive sports events.

In May 2023, the company launched the program “MHP Nearby” to support military personnel, veterans and their families. And already in the fall of 2023, within the framework of this program, the Center for interaction with military personnel and veterans began work, whose coordinators and experts communicate directly with defenders and their family members and provide individual support and all necessary support.
