Today, 321 families live in the town, that is more than 1,300 people, of which 9 are family-type children’s homes from the Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhya, Kherson, Sumy and Kharkiv regions. People who were forced to leave their homes because of the Russian invaders live here for free. First of all, these are families with many children, military families, and people with disabilities
He noted that the complex is designed for 421 families. These are 57 individual residential buildings, 30 apartment buildings with 352 apartments, as well as 12 apartments for family-type children’s homes.
According to the head of KOVA, each village is equipped with all the necessary furniture, dishes, and equipment.
There are already almost 500 children in the town. For their leisure there are clubs, games and sports grounds. Eventually, there should be a school here. Construction has already started
He also noted that there is everything here for residents’ leisure: an outdoor summer pool, exercise and sports halls, a terrace for relaxation, a cafe, a kindergarten, a beauty salon and a pharmacy kiosk.
In addition, 12 shelters were set up here to keep everyone safe during an air raid.
When I handed over the keys to the two families, I wished that from today there would be as many pleasant moments in their lives as possible. And of course, the fastest possible victory to all of us! Thanks to Dell Loy Hansen for his tremendous help. With such projects, we restore faith in the future to people whose lives were destroyed by the Russian occupiers.
