In the Kiev Zoological Park of national importance on their Facebook page showed how animals escape from the heat.
“Hot summer is always a call for a zoo. Even on the hottest day, every animal should be in comfortable conditions, which is first and foremost – constant access to clean drinking water, humidifiers, pools and ponds,” – wrote in the Kiev Zoo.
The zoo staff shared that 10 lakes and ponds, 32 fountains, 23 electric bands, 21 waterfalls, 33 aquaspiners, 25 swimming pools and 58 sprayers assisted. Moreover, more than 50 different shadow sheds have been installed on the territory of the Kiev zoo, including a small solar turtle umbrella, as well as a large fabric pergola for elephants.

He noted that some birds were on the verge of extinction through human activity.
Fesenko said that among the species that recently entered the Red Book, there is a pyrrhicosa of the gray.
