Details: So Pinho commented on the statement of Slovak’s Prime Minister Robert Fitzo that he would block the 18th package of sanctions against Russia until the EU would propose a decision on the “crisis situation” with which Slovakia will face after the complete cessation of imports of Russian energy in the EU.
