Russian occupiers shot a civilian woman in the Lyman community of the Donetsk region. The police have started an investigation.
This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General on Thursday, November 14.
According to preliminary data, on November 10, soldiers of the Russian army killed a civilian resident on the outskirts of the village of Terny.
The Prosecutor General’s Office noted that the woman was walking down the street when the Russians opened fire on her. As a result of a shot from a small weapon, she died on the spot.
The pre-trial investigation is being conducted on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, which is combined with intentional murder (h 2 Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Currently, operational investigative actions are being conducted to establish all the circumstances of the tragedy and to identify the deceased.
On November 11, the Prosecutor General’s Office announced that the Russian military killed a civilian in the occupied village of Novooleksiivka near Selidovoy in Donetsk region.
