“After the outbreak of African swine fever in 2014-2015, the number of wild boar in the Chernobyl reserve has fallen sharply and still remains critically low. However, there is hope: recent observations show the satisfactory condition of individual animals and the appearance of young animals,” the statement said.

Experts have released photos where you can see several wild boars. One animal managed to catch the lens when it “hid” in shrubs. Another young boar got into the frame, leaving the road – “savage” was driving somewhere, obviously, hearing people.
