Details: According to SAP, on January 23, a detective of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau reported suspicions of legalization of property obtained through criminal means and declaration of false information to a former deputy of the regional council, the husband of a people’s elected official.

As the investigation established, in 2021-2022, the deputy took ownership of assets worth more than UAH 20 million, which exceeded her official income. At that time, the deputy of the regional council and the common-law husband of the narodepka made a number of transactions and financial transactions with these funds in order to hide the source of the property and give it the appearance of legitimacy.
This made it possible to purchase a house near Odesa through a legal entity, in which the couple lived after acquiring the right of ownership.
In addition, like his wife, the husband did not show information about this house in the declaration for 2023.
The man’s actions are classified under articles of the Criminal Code, which provide for up to 8 years in prison with confiscation of property.

According to mass media, in 2023, Allahverdiyeva married Yury Kormyshkin, a member of the Mykolaiv Regional Council, and changed her last name. Kormyshkin is the owner of the agricultural holding “PAEK”.
What preceded:
- On October 17, 2024, law enforcement officers informed Kormyshkinia of another suspicion – of illegal enrichment of more than UAH 20 million.
- After that, the court chose a preventive measure for the deputy in the form of a personal guarantee. Two persons were identified as guarantors: the head of the “Servant of the People” faction in the Verkhovna Rada, David Arakhamiya, and the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitaly Kim.
- At the beginning of January 2025, NABU and SAP informed Kormyshkinia about another suspicion – of entering unreliable data into the electronic property declaration.
