Details: According to the spokesman of the State Emergency Service Oleksandr Khorunzhy, as of the morning of November 20, more than 20 people are not able to get in touch (Zelensky calls the number 22 people – ed.), rescuers continue to sort out the debris. When asked how many apartments were destroyed in the building hit by a Russian missile, Khorunzhy said that, according to preliminary data, 24 apartments were destroyed.

The enemy strike took the lives of 26 people, including 3 children. 93 people were injured, including 18 children. 46 people were saved. Rescue workers worked all night.
More than 700 square meters of debris were dismantled, 230 cubic meters of destroyed structures were removed.

- The Air Force confirmed that apartment buildings in the city of Ternopil were hit by Russian Kh-101 cruise missiles fired from strategic aircraft: 6 Tu-95MS (airport based “Olenya”), 4 Tu-160MS (airports based “Engels” and “Ukrainka”). The regions of the launches are the Vologda and Astrakhan regions of the Russian Federation.
- As of 4:00 p.m., fragments of one of the cruise missiles that hit the nine-story building on November 19 were found and identified. This is the Kh-101 missile, manufactured in the fourth quarter of 2025.
