He added that the Russians “are ready to take part in our discussions and even in the ministerial conference, if, of course, we can guarantee logistics and security.”

“I told him (Lavrov. – Ed.) that Switzerland can do it, and we demonstrated that we were already able to host Mrs. Matvienko, the head of the Duma, last July without difficulty. And we can guarantee the same for Minister Lavrov’s trip to the ministerial conference in Lugano this year,” Cassis said.

We will remind, after visiting Kyiv and Moscow, Kassis announced that he presented three groups of ideas on behalf of the organization in the two capitals and is now waiting for a response.

OSCE Secretary General Feridun Sinirlioglu said after his visit to Moscow that he hopes to see results in the coming weeks regarding the release of three Ukrainians, employees of the organization, who were illegally detained by the Russian Federation in the spring of 2022.
