Today, on June 8, fulfilling its volunteer mission in Sumy region, the soloist of the Odessa National Opera, a world -class tenor, a volunteer, a father, a person of great heart, Honored Artist of Ukraine – Vladislav Gorray, ”was killed,” the message said.
Odessa’s Opera says that Vladislav’s voice “knew the whole world.” He was not only the talent of the stage, but also an example of strength, dignity and kindness in life.

Goray was the winner of the National Chamber Music Competition in Khmelnitsky, as well as the International Vocalists of the Vocalists named after Antonina Dvorak in Karlovy Vary (Czech Republic). He has been working as a part of the Odessa Theater’s opera troupe since 1993. In 2013, he was awarded the honorary title of Honored Artist of Ukraine. There are more than twenty opera parties in the singer’s repertoire.
