It is noted that on October 30, around 4:00 p.m., the police escorted a conscripted citizen to the assembly point of the Kremenchug district TCC and SP.
“During the registration of documents and mandatory inspection, in response to a police officer’s question about the presence of prohibited items or substances, he took out a gun (previously converted from a traumatic TT) and fired several shots. As a result, two soldiers were injured in the lower leg,” the report said.

After the start of the Russian full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, martial law was introduced and general mobilization was announced. Reports of scandals and conflicts between TCC employees and citizens on the streets of towns and villages regularly appear in the Ukrainian information space. Negative information about the mobilization spreads quickly through social networks.
It has been repeatedly noted that this is a consequence of informational and psychological operations of the Russian Federation. For example, in April of last year, the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine was warned that Russia is carrying out another information operation against Ukraine called “Ukhilyant” in order to disrupt mobilization, men are filming themselves abroad on vacation and calling themselves “Ukhlyant”.
